David K. Carson, Ph.D., LMFT, NCP, is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
and Qualified Supervisor in the State of Florida, a Nationally Certified Psychologist (North American Association of Masters in Psychology), and a Clinical Member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT) and AAMFT Approved Supervisor.
In addition to his practice at Charis Counseling Center, Dr. Carson is a Professor of Psychology in the Counseling Psychology Graduate Program at the Orlando Campus of Palm Beach Atlantic University. He has extensive experience as a therapist, clinical supervisor, educator, writer, and researcher, and has worked with clients from a variety of ethnic and cultural backgrounds. Dr. Carson counsels individuals, couples and families experiencing a broad range of difficulties and trauma, including those with various mental, emotional, and physical disabilities as well as health-related problems.
