Nathan graduated from UCF in 2011 with a bachelor’s degree in Digital Media. While pursuing a graphic design career, he became heavily involved with his college ministry, Central Florida Wesley. He was involved in leadership at CFL Wesley for six years and led as an Associate Director for a time. During his involvement with CFL Wesley, Nathan found his passion was for meeting with fellow students and walking with them through their story. This passion continually increased over the years, and once he graduated with his bachelor’s, he chose to pursue a master’s degree from Asbury Seminary in mental health counseling.
As Nathan has worked through his own personal story, he has become passionate about helping young men and women who are transitioning through different stages in their life. He hopes to build trust, provide empathy and offer insight to create a safe environment for his clients to work through tough issues. Helping individuals take charge, feel encouraged and feel empowered is paramount to Nathan’s approach.
In Nathan’s spare time, he is a graphic designer. He likes being around a small group of friends, playing pickup games of soccer, and cycling. He also loves Star Wars (among other nerdy things), playing guitar, and watching the Green Bay Packers win.
Nathan is also a certified Prepare-Enrich facilitator and enjoys working with couples in their premarital counseling.
