The Motherhood Circle
Being a mom is one of the most rewarding and also most demanding roles we’ll ever step into. From the constant mental load of schedules, meals, and never-ending to-do lists — to the emotional weight of caring for little ones, maintaining relationships, and keeping a household running — it can feel like there’s hardly any space left for you.
It’s easy to put yourself last, to abandon your own needs, and to lose sight of the woman you are outside of being “mom.” But the truth is: the healthiest version of you is the greatest gift you can give your family. 2026 is your year!
This group is led by Rachel Brunelle. From one mom to another — you don’t have to carry it all alone. Therapy can be the space where you exhale, sort through the overwhelm, and reconnect with yourself, so you can show up with the strength, presence, and joy you deeply deserve.
Topics Covered Include:
- The Mental Load of Motherhood – Naming the invisible work moms carry daily
- Identity Shift in Motherhood – Who am I outside of being “mom”? Exploring loss of self vs. growth of self

- Relationships & Connection – Marriage/partnership changes after kids, communication and conflict in the busy season
