Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Skills
In this 5 1/2 hour intensive, Jennifer Pang will be teaching crucial Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills to attendees. Participants will actively learn tools to increase in mindfulness skills, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness.
This group is a great fit for those struggling with anxiety and depression, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, PTSD symptoms, substance abuse, and emotional issues.
