NEW! Building Healthy Relationships
Attachment is the emotional bond you form during infancy with your primary caregiver. The quality of this initial bond shapes your ability to relate to others and affects your relationships throughout life. Having a secure attachment affects many aspects of mental health.
In this 4-hour introductory intensive, Sarah James and Jenna Thomas help participants explore the connection between attachment style and healthy living. Attendees will learn the characteristics of four styles of attachment, discover their style of attachment, and learn practical skills to implement in their daily life to develop a more secure attachment.
Throughout the intensive, Sarah and Jenna will guide participants through valuable insights and teach techniques for fostering healthy connections. This group will benefit those seeking to enhance their current counseling goals as well as individuals pursuing counseling for the first time.
