cathy onealCathy is passionate about helping women to feel comfortable in their own skin, embracing life and their own story. She provides a safe, empathic place for women to process daily struggles as well as deeper more painful events, learning to live more fully no matter the circumstances.

Her desire is to help women cope more easily with conflict and difficulty, thus enriching the day to day experiences of life and relationships. She knows through personal experience how being stuck in unhealthy patterns negatively affects every aspect of a woman’s life. She also knows that when there is someone willing to walk with you through the pain, true healing and joy can be found.

Cathy completed her Master’s of Science in Counseling Psychology at Palm Beach Atlantic University. She is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), a therapeutic resource designed to help individuals process trauma and other troublesome life experiences.

Cathy worked as the Women’s Ministry Pastor/Director at Discovery Church for over 9 years. She also served with Campus Crusade for Christ (CRU) on The Significance Project, a life-coaching discipleship resource designed to guide women through the process of self-discovery and self-acceptance. These venues have given her the opportunity to work with women from many cultures on several continents. Cathy has a deep respect for women and understands both the delight and the pain which are unique to being a woman.

Cathy is married with two adult children and two grand dogs. Cathy is an avid reader, loves running, travel and spending time with family and friends.
