If challenges like ADHD, anxiety, or relational conflict are making it harder to live the life you want, you may feel like you’re running in circles. You deserve to move from simply surviving to truly thriving.
Everyone has a story that often includes seasons where the shadows of addiction, OCD, or neurodivergence feel like they are calling the shots. You might find yourself repeating the same arguments in your relationships or feeling the weight of failure due to persistent, avoidable mistakes. Thomas understands how frustrating and exhausting it is to feel like you are fighting against your own brain or the people who are most important to you.
Thomas believes that healthy people fervently pursue two things: virtue and connection. He can be your guide in this pursuit, offering a safe, non-judgmental space where you can look at the patterns holding you back. With over six years of experience and specialized training in ADHD and Autism, he combines evidence-based tools (like CBT) with a deep respect for your unique story and philosophy. Together, you and Thomas will bridge the gap between where you are currently and the wholeness you were meant for.
Moving forward doesn’t involve even more shadows and mystery. Thomas employs a simple approach:
Personally, Thomas is a husband to his wife (Ashley) and father of two (Adelaide and Felix), who finds joy in both the nerdy and athletic, be it practicing his improv skills during pretend play with his children, playing basketball, or serving on his church’s worship team. He believes genuine healing often starts with a shared, warm smile and the courage to examine life.
